Are you the official Heathrow Airport parking?+
No. We are an independent private parking operator and are not affiliated with Heathrow Airport Limited. We run our own staffed, secure compound near the airport and serve passengers flying from Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 — typically at a fraction of official on-airport rates.
What's the difference between Meet & Greet and Park & Ride?+
Meet & Greet: a DBS-checked driver meets you at the terminal, you complete a photo condition report together, and we park the car for you. Park & Ride: you drive to our compound and we shuttle you to the terminal. Same compound, same care — different price and convenience.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes — cancellation is easy. Head to Manage booking, cancel in a couple of clicks, and your refund is issued automatically back to the card you paid with.
What if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight and work to the actual landing time. There are no delay charges — the price you fixed at checkout is the price you pay.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Your price is fixed at checkout and there are no booking fees. Optional extras are shown clearly before you pay.
Which terminals do you cover?+
All four passenger terminals: Terminal 2, Terminal 3, Terminal 4 and Terminal 5, for both services.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Your price is fixed and taken securely at checkout — no card details are ever stored on our servers.
Do you offer long stay parking?+
Yes — our Long Stay option is built for extended trips and frequent flyers, with the same staffed compound and per-day pricing that gets cheaper the longer you park.
How quickly are refunds processed?+
Cancellation refunds are issued automatically back to the card or account you paid with — no waiting on a callback or a manual approval.
